Paul and I are fans of budget friendly trips.
We love exploring around but we have adult responsibilities that hinder us from spending too much. So as much as possible, we don’t spend if it is not necessary. We also don’t buy trinkets for friends that much. We tell them before hand that pasalubongs are not included in our list (but in a friendly manner). We just take pictures and feel the moment that we are outdoors. Because to us, what matters most is that we explore one place together and spend quality time.
